EXPLORATION company Minmet has set up a new joint venture with a group of investors based in Bolivia. The joint venture, Minmet Bolivia, will acquire and develop gold mining concessions in the area. The partners are two Bolivian families with close links to the country's natural resources industries, the company said. The minority partners will have responsibility for funding all exploration and geological testing costs up to the point of development of any resources.
