Grafton Group has acquired the British builders merchants, AR Hendricks, for a total consideration of £3.5 million sterling (£3.9 million). It follows the acquisition of Hendricks Lovell from AR Hendricks in March 1997.
AR Hendricks specialises in steel lintels and had a turnover of £17.4 sterling in the year to November 30th 1997.
