MORE than 320 people are expected to be employed at the new Bloomfields Shopping Centre in Dun Laoghaire. The £20 million centre, which opened yesterday, includes 25 shop units to be taken by Boots, Argos, Bennetton and Airwave, and the Bloomfields Food Hall, which is part of the Power Supermarkets group. The centre will also include a 12 screen multiplex cinema due to be opened next year but is still awaiting planning permission. It is being developed by Monarch Properties.
