Independent television channel TV3 has appointed Mr Matthew Salway as director of programming. Mr Salway joins TV3 from Gulf DTH in Britain, a Viacomrun channel broadcasting to the Middle East. Previously he was involved in introducing Britain's UK Gold satellite channel and earlier spent 15 years at the BBC, TV3 said in a statement.
