THE Irish exploration company, Tullow Oil, has appointed Mr Graham Martin to its board as legal and commercial director, the firm said last night. Mr Martin (42), joined Tullow from Vinson & Elkins, a leading international law firm, where he specialised in oil and gas transactions. The company said he will assume executive responsibility for Tullow's legal and commercial affairs.
