A RUSH of monster hunters is expected to descend on Loch Ness this summer after a video rental firm offered a Pounds 1 million reward for its "capture".cage it.

Blockbuster Video is offering Pounds 1 million to anyone who can prove the monster exists. It just happens to coincide with the release of the film Loch Ness starring Ted Danson.

But Inverness residents are furious that the company says Nessie must be "captured dead or alive" to qualify for the reward. Believe it or not, under the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act of 1986 the monster is a protected species.
