MSO, the packaging division of the W & G Baird Group, has acquired the Belfast-based business Bass Packaging for an undisclosed sum. MSO specialises in the design and production of rigid box and folding carton packaging. Bass Packaging has been involved in packaging in the city for several decades and previously traded as Nicholson Bass. MSO has also named Mr Dominic Walsh as managing director.
