A report in yesterday's edition stated that Moy Park was a part of the Carton Group poultry business, and was being sued by a shareholder, Gharion, over alleged breaches of a shareholders' agreement. Moy Park is, in fact, a subsidiary of the Marfrig Group and is a direct competitor of the Carton Group. It is the Carton Group and not Moy Park that is being sued.
