PUBLIC relations consultant Mr James Morrissey has resigned as a director of exploration company Bula Resources. According to Bula, a condition of Mr Morrissey's appointment as a director of Murray Consultants was that the give up his other directorships. Mr Morrissey will continue as Bula's public relations adviser.
