THE Orange mobile phone business in Britain is embarking on a London stock market flotation with its likely value watered down against a background of political uncertainty. Orange, currently 31.6 per cent owned by British Aerospace, will be worth between £2.2 billion and £2.45 billion, the pathfinder prospectus said. Shares in the phone group are likely to be priced between 175p and 205p in the offer.
