A SUBSIDIARY of Minorco in Brazil has restructured its relationship with its Brazilian partner which will involve a shares exchange.
Minorco's subsidiary, Ambras and Bozano, Simosen Group, has been associated for over 20 years. Minorco owns 23.9 per cent of Ivernia West, which has a 50 per cent stake in the Lisheen zinc/lead mine in Co Tipperary.
