McINERNEY Holdings has announced changes in majors shareholdings following the recent restructuring

McINERNEY Holdings has announced changes in majors shareholdings following the recent restructuring. Standard Life has increased its shareholding from 12.3 per cent to 14.5 per cent. Mr Joe McNamara, managing director of McInerney Construction, who has joined the group board, has a 2.4 per cent shareholding.

Other large shareholders are Mr Dan McInerney senior with 7.13 per cent, up from 5.95 per cent, and NatWest Irish Smaller Companies Investment Trust, which has a 5.9 per cent interest.
