Marlborough, the publicly quoted recruitment specialist, plans to buy a US-based online retailer, E-Pawn.com, a source confirmed yesterday. Former Taoiseach Mr Albert Reynolds, an E-Pawn.com director, is thought to have introduced the companies. E-Pawn.com agreed last month to market Marlborough's business-to-business recruitment website, fillthejob.com, via its ubuyjobs.com site.
