Leading European stock markets all chalked up substantial gains yesterday and the rises in London, Paris and Milan were attributed mainly to US economic statistics released in the afternoon.
Dublin's performance was given an extra boost by the better than expected interim results from AIB. The ISEQ Index closed up 5.11 at 2454.06.
