A NEW system to deliver real time market data across the Internet was launched by Irish company Quay Financial Software. The system, which is known as Slingshot, is a publishing platform which allows any financial institution to publish realtime market data on the Internet. It will allow any authorised user, anywhere in the world to access the data.
