IRISH executives come 8th in Europe when it comes to gross and net pay according to a table published yesterday.
The table, showing the average salaries of general managers of manufacturing companies in 15 countries, shows Irish managers were paid £110,000 gross in 1996.
The table is contained in the Ward Howell International review for 1996.
