M&N is an Irish registered holding company which was formed in 1984. In August 1994, it acquired Gandalf Explorers International which has pursued oil and gas projects in Eastern and Central Europe since 1989.
The company says it is currently developing a number of long term projects and is continuing to form joint ventures.
