A management buy-out has taken place at the leather goods firm Hartstone Ireland. The management has bought the company for an undisclosed sum from Harstone plc, its British parent. The buy-out is headed by Mr Sean Mahon, the managing director, who is financing most of the cost along with family members. Mr Mahon said there would be no changes in the management or staff of the company which employs 35 people.
