Limerick-based company Primelearning.com, which provides business and professional skills' training over the Internet, has completed a £10 million (€12.7 million) fundraising exercise to develop its business in the US and Europe. Investors include Independent News & Media, which will appoint a representative to the board, and Independent chairman Dr Tony O'Reilly, together with his brother-in-law, Mr Peter Goulandris.
