ICC Venture Capital has invested £1 million for a 40 per cent stake in the mobile phone retailer Let's Talk Phones. The company has a chain of 14 outlets around the country - six in Dublin, two in Cork, two in Limerick and one in Galway, Waterford, Kilkenny and Tralee. The group aims to six more outlets next year.
