MR David Kennedy has been appointed to the board of the US airline TWA. A former chief executive of Aer Lingus, Mr Kennedy joined the board of the restructured airline at the beginning of November. TWA was restructured last year after a period of financial difficulties and employees took a 30 per cent stake in the restructured company. Employees appoint four of the 15 directors.
