A judgment of €2.24 million has been registered against developer Bernard McNamara by two fellow shareholders in a property company over a proposed commercial development near Grafton Street in Dublin.

Gary Smith, of The Paddocks, Castledillon, Straffan, Co Kildare, and Ivor Dougan, of 67 Seamount, Booterstown, Co Dublin, registered the judgment against Mr McNamara on March 5th, says this week’s edition of Stubbs Gazette.

They secured the judgment arising from Mr McNamara’s failure to make certain payments agreed as part of a settlement of legal proceedings brought against him in 2008.
