A SAUDI billionaire, Prince al Walid ibn Talal ibn Abdel Aziz, will finance the next international tour of the US pop superstar Michael Jackson. The "historic tour" is planned for the spring, his office said. The singer and businessman decided to set up a joint venture Kingdom Entertainment, which in addition to the tour plans to invest in building amusement parks, restaurants, television programmes and cinemas.
