The managing director of the Irish subsidiary of an American corporation got a temporary High Court order yesterday to prevent his dismissal. The order continues until October 13th next. Mr Gabriel Byrne, of Argyle Road, Donnybrook, Dublin got the order against Unit Instruments Ltd, with a registered address at Lagan Road, Dublin, the Californian corporation, United Instruments Inc and three named persons.
