AS 120 more employees were suspended at Irish Life yesterday, the company met the SIPTU trade union to discuss the attitude of its 40 members to the changes proposed in sales practices and structures.

Some 220 members of the MSF union have been suspended for refusing to implement changes which were recommended by the Labour Court. It is understood that SIPTU will hold a meeting of its members to discuss the changes next week.
