The chief executive and founder of Budget Travel, Ms Gillian Bowler has been appointed to the board of Irish Life, by its chairman, Mr Conor McCarthy. Ms Bowler is a director of Budget Travel, Thomson Travel Group and a number of related travel companies. She is also a director of the Grafton Group, More Group Ireland, the Institute of Directors and the Irish Cancer Society.
