Apple took the wrapsd off its Mini tablet yesterday in its biggest product move since the debut of the iPad two years ago.

The 7.9 inch iPad Mini marks Apple's first foray into the smaller tablet segment . It weighs half as much as a full-size iPad and its as thin as a pencil. Based on US prices, it will cost more than rivals from Amazon and Google. In a surprise move, Apple also intoduced a fourth generation iPad, doubling the speed of the processor.
