Iona Technologies director Annrai O'Toole has cashed in shares worth $2.68 million (€2.98 million). A notice delivered to the stock exchange said he sold 37,500 ordinary shares worth $71.49 each between July 26th and August 3rd. This represented some 0.17 per cent of Iona and Mr O'Toole retains 7.48 per cent of the company. The notice did not indicate that Mr O'Toole acquired the shares he sold under option.
