THE High Court will be told on Monday that investors are ready to put £4 million into CityJet, once the court lifts its protection.

Should the judge give his approval for the scheme of arrangement submitted by examiner Mr John McStay, he will then agree a date for the scheme to become effective. This is likely to be some time between seven to 10 days after the court hearing.

Mr McStay will also bring his scheme of arrangement before a British court in the middle of next week.
