James Crean has confirmed that it expects to conclude shortly discussions with Inishtech on modifications to the terms of its 550p per share offer for the minority share holdings in Inishtech.

In a statement last night, Crean said that it had not been possible to reach agreement on all matters ahead of the Inishtech board meeting in Gibraltar this week. "Crean expects these discussions to be concluded shortly," the statement added.
