Indicii Salus, the London-based Internet security company planning a £450 million sterling (€778 million) float this year, is selling a 6.5 per cent stake for $9.3 million (€10.2 million) to GTech, the US company which provides lottery equipment.

Mr Phil O'Connor, chairman of G-Tech, said the company would use Indicii technology to run Internet lotteries in Ireland and Denmark which would be launched in the summer.
