IMPSHIRE Thoroughbreds, the former bloodstock company, has decided to postpone its annual general meeting until it has firm proposals for the future of the company. "A date for the annual general meeting has not yet been fixed as we wish to fully examine all options before holding the meeting," chairman Mr Bryan Benitz, tells shareholders in his annual report.

The company's shares are no longer listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, following the closure of the Unlisted Securities' Market on December 31st, 1996.
