THE Smaller Companies Investment Trust has acquired just over three million shares in the small financial services group IFG, equivalent to a stake of 7.59 per cent. IFG has also disclosed that NatWest Irish Smaller Companies Investment Trust has sold 1.5 million shares to bring its stake in the company down to 8.53 per cent.
