Technology specialist Mr Tomas Jones has joined Internet group Horizon Technology as corporate development manager. Mr Jones has been technology analyst with Davy Stockbrokers for several years and worked previously with Enterprise Ireland in Dublin and New York.

At Horizon, which is involved in Internet infrastructure, e-business consultancy and training, he will be responsible for strategic business development and investor relations.
