MR JIM Culliton is to succeed Mr Edmund Williams as chairman of the Hibernian Group from next April, the insurance group has announced. Mr Culliton has been deputy chairman of the group since April 1990. He has previously served as chairman of AIB Group and CRH, where he had been chief executive. He chaired the group which produced the Culliton Report on Industrial Policy.
