THE man blamed for causing the Morgan Grenfell scandal has claimed he is being made a scapegoat for the £250 million debacle.

Fund manager Mr Peter Young was suspended from his £200,000 a year job after allegations that he put investors' money into companies in which he owned shares breaching City rules.
