LEISURE and pubs group Greenalls said today it was "delighted" with the way the Boddingtons acquisition is going.

Greenalls said Boddingtons' trading and financial operations were absorbed by the end of the January.

It has earmarked 25 former Boddingtons pubs for disposal and identified £18 million worth of cost savings, chairman Andrew Thomas told the annual meeting.
