Green Property has sent full details of its hostile bid for Trafford Park Estates to the British company's shareholders.

The full details and listing particulars as well as a form of acceptance were posted yesterday.

Based on the price of 532p per Green share at the close of business on May 21st, the offer values each Trafford share at about 215p sterling. The offer represents a premium of about 35 per cent over the closing price of 159.5p on May 12th, when Green's approach was announced.
