THE four executive directors of Grafton, the Woodies DIY group, increased their salaries from £368,000 (average £92,000) in 1995 to £434,000 (average £108,500) in 1996. Combined bonuses grew from £74,000 to £162,000.
The three non-executive directors received fees of £55,000, an average of £18,300.
