THE four executive directors of Grafton Group, the Woodies DIY company, increased their salaries from £388,000 in 1994 to £436,000 in 1995. On top of that there was a rise in performance related remuneration from £70,000 to £74,000. Pension scheme contributions went up from £42,000 to £69,000. Mr Tom O'Sullivan who retired as a non executive director received a payment of £25,000.
