Mr Peter Goulandris has acquired an additional 100,000 shares in Waterford Wedgwood through his wholly owned company, Cressborough. This brings the holding in Waterford Wedgwood by Cressborough to 9.17 million shares. Another Goulandris company, Araquipa International, owns 27.1 million Waterford shares.
