NORISH, the cold storage group, has made a good start to this year, according to its chairman, Mr Brian Joyce. The first quarter "had lived up to expectations and there was a continuing strong undertone to the trade", he said. The group completed its rationalisation and disposal programme in 1996, which involved leaving the Irish cold storage market and concentrating activities in Britain.
