Golden Vale's recently-appointed chief executive Mr Jim Murphy has been granted options over 350,000 Golden Vale shares. The options can be exercised at 79p each between the third and tenth anniversary of their award. Finance director Mr Liam Irvine has been awarded options over 60,000 shares on the same terms as the chief excecutive.
