The head of risk at Paddy Power, Dermot Golden, has disposed of the majority of his shares in the listed company.

According to a notice posted to the stock exchange yesterday evening, Mr Golden sold 10,000 shares valued at €22.75 each, realising €227,500.

Mr Golden retains 3,407 shares. Last week, members of Paddy Power’s management team received bonus shares as part of the company’s bonus scheme.
