Exploration company Glencar Mining is to raise $7.4 million (€7.5 million) through a rights issue of 30,428,000 shares. The shares will be priced at 26 US cents each and will be offered on the basis of seven new ordinary shares for every 15 shares held at the close of business on February 11th next.
