DEUTSCHE Bank is expanding its operations in Ireland. The new unit, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg, will initially employ 24 people and will specialise in the euro loan business. The £76 million unit will begin operations on April 1st and will issue bonds on the euro capital markets. The company will be managed by Mr Boris von Mutius and Mr Joseph Dempsey.
