ENGINEERING and electronics giant GEC may still face harsh questioning from small shareholders at its annual general, meeting on Friday despite amending the £10 million pay package for new managing director, Mr George Simpson. But it emerged yesterday the company may have placated institutional investors, which had called for tougher performance targets.
