A WATER FORD man who earned a first class masters degree from Dublin City University has won the FTI Finance 1996 award for excellence, the firm said last night. Mr Liam Heylin (30), came first in his class, studying investment and treasury. Mr Heylin works as a quantitative analyst with Irish Life Investment Managers.
