THE High Court yesterday appointed an official liquidator to McPak Foods Ltd, processors, dealers and distributors in foods, with registered offices at Merchants House, Merchants Quay, Dublin. Mr David Hughes, accountant, of Ernst and Young, was named liquidator. Miss Justice Carroll made the order on the application of Bank of Ireland.
