FITZWILTON has confirmed that it has exercised its option to purchase Morgan Stanley's remaining shareholding in Shuttleway

FITZWILTON has confirmed that it has exercised its option to purchase Morgan Stanley's remaining shareholding in Shuttleway. This, in effect, gives Fitzwilton a further 26.5 million Waterford Wedgwood shares, at a cost of £23 million, or 86.8p per share. Fitzwilton now has voting control over 19.94 per cent of Waterford Wedgwood. The O'Reilly/Goulandris families control a further 7.39 per cent.
